Mathieu lives in the countryside of St. Aignan in France with his snakes, tarantulas, insects and two donkeys. He works in France's biggest zoo, the Zooparc of Beauval and assists Eric in his research for exotic animals. He tries to travel with him whenever his schedules allows him to leave his busy job at the zoo.
